Whatever happened to Hillary Clinton's Emails?

So I remember during the election, when Hillary Clinton was under fire because of her usage of private government servers. Now, I see her calling out several members of the Republican party for using personal emails for public matters. My question is, what is the difference between these two issues? This article, to me, highlights a few interesting points: -Using a personal email account is actually not illegal. Weirdly enough, the article states that it is not illegal for the White House officials to use their own private emails for work. -Clinton says that although she made a mistake, the scandal itself was much more wasteful. If we truly were concerned with what government officials are using to belay messages to each other, perhaps this instance would call for an investigation as well. President Trump's administration would all be under fire if they were truly jailed for sending emails on personal accounts. I can agree with Hillary Clinton here-- there is seriously no way we can possibly keep talking about her email scandal without including the Trump administration to the conversation.
